So I decided to do my own meme. Failed at using the tablet so there will be no examples

You can use straws, crumpled papers or anything. Doesn't have to be chopsticks. any questions, ask me!
"draw" means to pick the chopstick randomly... not well.. uh.. the artsy fartsy draw. XD
